Delivery, Exchange, Return Information

Please check information carefully for delivery, exchange or return of our products when you purchase them.
Delivery Information
  • Delivery Fee : Basic delivery fee is free. (Jeju island / regions where there are big and small islands and ravines should be paid for delivery fees such as ferry fares and others)
  • Purchase Order End : Orders paid for products by 2:00 pm are only delivered on that day.
  • End of Order Information Changes : When you want to change your order information, please call our customer center before 2:00 pm.
  • When bundle delivery service does not proceed : when delivery sites are different, bundle delivery service cannot proceed.
Exchange/Return
  • It is likely to return / exchange your products within 7 days after you get them. please apply your product returns through our customer center.
  • A seller pays for entire delivery fees in the case of wrong deliveries / Defective goods / Damages.
  • When consumers change their minds, they pay for entire delivery fees. (Please contact our customer center)
  • When you return your products in person, please use the designated parcel delivery company (For example : CJ Logistics 1588-1255)
  • When original products or free gifts or components are severly damaged or are ordinarily damaged and when products that a seller designates are impossible to return and when return periods are over and when products’ original packaging boxes are discarded, it is impossible to return / exchange them.
    (The only principle is to open packaging to judge whether products are defective or not. When products are normal, you cannot take your products back after opening packaging boxes. this is because you simply change your minds.)
  • cases besides wrong deliveries and defective products and damages and returns / exchanges caused by differences of colors are considered as your simply changed minds.
